I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for all your help with this recent matting quote, then following through all the way to the sale.

It’s my first “big” score and it went flawlessly so far. I hate to count my chickens before they hatch since the delivery hasn’t been done yet, but your response and Durables response was quite remarkable and made the customer happy since they were on a serious time crunch of needing these on the floor in 2 ½ weeks for their big open house. I think both myself and the customer were quite pleased with Durables willingness to expedite the process to make it happen even though it did cost the customer money to do so.

Had it not been for your quick response from start to finish it certainly wouldn’t have happened in their timeframe.

Having the ability to custom cut the size they actually needed was extremely helpful also!
